For anyone that is looking to add a fuse panel for their add ons on the Concours this is one way that works.
This is the fuse block I went with http://goo.gl/X4i2Am
I removed the toolbox from under the seat, been carrying those tools around for a long time and never needed any of them plus I carry a tool roll with me when I am traveling so I won't miss it.
Once I removed it I compared the thickness of the panel to the toolbox.
After a bit of cutting and bending with a little pounding I created a bracket that raised up 1" and matched the holes up with the toolbox.
I mounted the bracket in using the stock hardware.
The finished product. I am currently running a Saddleman seat and just sent my stock seat to Seth Laam but it fits with clearance so I am assuming that it will fit with the stock pan.
I haven't started running the wiring to it yet and that actually might be a winter project as I need to do my valve check and add cruise control this winter anyway, I haven't decided yet.
So if you are looking to add a fuse panel this is one way you can go about it.
